How long it will take to have my order in hands?

It depends on which turnaround time options you have chosen and where your order is being delivered to. All orders received are processed from Monday to Saturday, except for national holidays. All orders are dispatched within 48h maximum after receiving your payment. You will be notified by email to let you know when your order being shipped. If a tracking reference is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this information.

How can I check the progress of my order?

You will receive an email for each steps of your order. You can also find these information on your Personal Account (My Account). Sign in with your email address and your password. Click on Orders. Click on the reference of your order or on Details to follow your order step by step.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order until the step Shipping in progress. To cancel an order, you can contact us by email ( or by using the Contact Form. If your order is already shipped, it is possible to send us back an item like it is explained in our Conditions of Sale, article 6. Return.

How can I print an invoice for my order?

Invoices are not printed and sent with your order but you can find them on your Personal Account (My Account). Sign in with your email address and your password. Click on Orders. Click on PDF in the Invoice column.

Can you send my item as gift?

All over the year, there is lot of occasion to please with gift. It is why we offer the option Gift-wrapping. You can add this option to your order when you select the Delivery Methods. The price of this option is 2€. you can also add a gift message. Because make a gift is always a pleasure, we take good care of that.

How can I download an eBook?

When your order and payment are validated, you receive by email a direct link to download your eBook. Click on that link. Your eBook is also stored on our website in your Personal Account (My Account). Sign in with your email address and your password. Click on Downloads and click on the title of your eBook to start the download.

Can I order your books in my local bookstore?

All our books are only available to order in local bookstores in France and in Iceland. To help them to find a book, we recommend to provide the ISBN of the book. You can find it on the description page of the book. Please be aware that few more days will be necessary to get your order. The faster and better way is on our website 🙂 We ship internationally.

How often do you send out a Newsletter?

We send newsletter only for new books or events. We never send more than 1 email per month.

Can I visit you?

We have offices located in France and Iceland but they are not open to public. If you want to meet us, it will be our pleasure! You just need to contact us beforehand by email or by using the Contact Form so we can fix an appointment.
